Shadi Ghaheri -
Shadi Ghaheri is currently an MFA Candidate in Directing at the Yale School of Drama. Her credits at Yale School of drama include Titus Andronicus, Wrong River, and at the Yale Cabaret, The Slow sound of Snow, Butterfly’s Terror and Faryadaa (Satellite Series). For her thesis production, she is directing Death of Yazdgerd by Bahram Beyzai in December 2017. She performed in Boris Yeltsin (Cassandra), Adam Geist (The Girl), Revolt She Said Revolt Again at Yale Cabaret. Shadi is a Paul and Daisy Soros Fellow of 2016.
Rory Pelsue -
Rory Pelsue is currently an MFA Candidate in Directing at the Yale School of Drama. His credits at Yale include Othello, Bluebeard's Wife, Cloud People, And Tell Sad Stories of the Death of Queens at the Yale Cabaret, Assassins at Yale Repertory Theater (as assistant to James Bundy), and his upcoming thesis production of Passion in January 2018. In addition to his current term as co-artistic director of the Yale Summer Cabaret, Rory will serve as the Associate Artistic Director of Yale Cabaret in the 2017-2018 year.
Leandro A. Zaneti -
Leandro Zaneti is a second year MFA Candidate in Theater Management at the Yale School of Drama. Prior to Yale, Leandro lived in New York City where he was a Digital Marketing Assistant at Capacity Interactive, an Assistant Production Manager at the Public Theater, and the Assistant to the Production Executives, also at The Public Theater. Additionally, he was a freelance producer working to produce new work by people of color. Leandro is a founding member of Codify Art - a multidisciplinary artist collective foregrounding the work of people of color, especially women and queer people of color. He holds dual bachelor degrees in Theatre Arts and Economics from Brown University.
Trent Anderson -
Trent Anderson is a joint MFA/MBA candidate with Yale School of Drama and Yale School of Management. Most recently, he completed his Theater Management fellowship with Susan Medak at Berkeley Repertory Theatre. Last fall, he served as Assistant Managing Director for Yale Repertory Theatre and the School of Drama. Prior to Yale, Trent worked for three years at The Public Theater in New York City, where he served as Assistant Line Producer on 30 mainstage and Shakespeare in the Park productions as well as over 100 readings, workshops, and special events. He is a proud graduate of Manhattanville College and the O'Neill's National Theater Institute.
Dashiell Menard -
Dashiell is going into his second year in the Technical Design & Production program at the Yale School of Drama. He received his B.A. from San Francisco State University and has worked in various capacities for institutions such as the Williamstown Theatre Festival, American Conservatory Theatre, and the B Street Theatre in Sacramento. He is excited to be spending the summer working for the Yale Summer Cabaret.
